Default Judi Madsen/Green Fairy Inspired Triangle Border

Just sharing! It's been a while since I posted anything! Quilting up this quilt and trying some new designs I've never used before. I love how Judi always uses a lot of geometric shapes in her quilting designs so I thought I'd give it a try. This border is just bricks basically - 4" by 3.5" tall - and instead of doing beadboard or piano keys I wanted to do something fun and unique...but not take away from everything else happening in the quilt. Here's what I came up with!

Yeah they do! I really like her - I have followed her for a long time and she really has a kack for creatively filling negative space. Taking notes over here!

Thank you!!! Quilting is my passion!!! Someone in one of my groups recently posted she had decided she was a piecer and not a quilter - I'm the opposite. I am pretty sure I'm a quilter and not a piecer!
