    Default Chubby Chicks - digitized?

I have had the Chubby Chicks pattern for months, but now that I have an embroidery machine I have been thinking about trying to get it digitized. Does anyone out there already have the template digitized? Or know of a good service? All the digitizing services I found via google seem to be more oriented towards digitizing logos for shirts.

    I either want to

    a) to be able to do the whole chick block in the hoop with appliquéd bird and embroidered feet, eyes, beak

    or

    b) be able to appliqué the birdies by hand and have the embroidery machine stitch out feet, eyes, and beak

    or

    c) have the entire thing done in the hoop... meaning in addition to the chick blocks being done entirely in the hoop, I would also like to do the pinwheels and triangle border (flying geese?) in the hoop

You would have to first get permission from pattern designer to digitize since its not your drawing, and the I would ask someone on sewform.com, there should be some digitizers on there but they will not do it unless you haave written permission

don't know what machine you have but I found this pdf....apparently for a Bernina, on using their Bernina Cutwork Software and Accessory that has instructions for the Chubby Chicks pattern:
