Default What happened to all the Batiks at Connecting Threads?

Does anyone know if Connecting Threads is going to discontinue selling Batiks prints? I just went to check and only see ONE that has a design on it. The rest I don't care for at all. I hope they will get new stock in. I've been very happy with their print Batiks in the past and have purchased a LOT.

I have most of CT batik lines. I have them shelved with my Hoffman, Princess Mirah, and Timeless Treasure batiks. I can't tell any difference between them other then the design. I have mixed the batiks in place mats and tablerunners and have 't noticed any fading difference between them either. I hope CT gets in a new line soon.

I think that they are selling out the old batiks before introducing this years' collection. Seems like they did that last year too... Might want to contact them directly.

I saw an ad just now on my computer screen from Connecting Threads showing some batik fabrics. So I looked into it. They do have some batiks but they are not like what I bought from them last year...no designs on them, just the look of marble or stirred thin water colors.

They have only one on sale, but still have their regular "basics". http://www.connectingthreads.com/col...17.html#basics
