Parts for Qbot
I need a 25" y axis cable for my Qbot that I purchased from a friend who was upgrading. I am disappointed to say that the local dealer tells me to go direct to Qbot - and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Does anyone have a local dealer that carries parts? Love the machine when it's working. Although I am beginning to understand why my friend switched to HandiQuilter. Thank you!
