Default It's not pretty but she loves it

This is my most recent finish. What a pain in my butt since pretty much none of the blocks are the same size. It's a T'shirt quilt for my oldest daughter. It's kind of a hot mess but she is thrilled. It is exactly what she wanted. Shirt to shirt no quilting, tied and fluffy. It is a heavy dog! We have been saving shirts for this since kindergarten. Everyone of them was something she wore from school, softball, field hockey, theater, vacations, Girl Scouts, work shirts and college shirts all kinds of shirts They all represent part of her life. It's not what I would call pretty but to her it is perfect. So I'm happy.

    I think it's pretty!

What did you do with the leftover t-shirt scraps? You can crochet a soft bathmat for her by cutting 1 1/2" loop strips.

I love it! It must have seemed like you were not only piecing together a jigsaw puzzle, but you had to cut the pieces too! Hot mess? I don't think so!
