I love the Craftsy classes. My favorite is Ann Peterson. I have taken all of hers. I always learn something from each class I take. I never pay full price. They have sales often, and sometimes when you go to the teachers website, they will give you a link for a sale price. I have learned lots of little tips for better quilting and piecing. You can't go wrong with Craftsy classes. Once I felt like the content wasn't enough for the price, and they gave me a free class.

I love my Craftsy classes! I have had only one that I didn't care for and they gave me a full refund....no questions asked.
They have a wide assortment of crafts but I only have done the quilting ones. The best part is it's yours forever, you can watch it as many times as you want. If you decide to buy try and wait for a sale if you can, sometime the classes are on sale for as much as 50%off. If you Facebook like their page and you will get extra offers that not all people get. They will also send you notice of sales for fabric and kits on Facebook.

Several mentioned that they did not like sitting down and watching classes on their computer. I don't either. The first few classes I watched on the computer, then I started using my iPad. Once Craftsy came out with their app, that made watching on my iPad even easier. For the workshops, which are not on the app, I go to www.craftsy.com on my iPad. I purchased a great iPad holder from Nancy's Notions. I put my iPad in the holder and I can watch lessons while I am ironing. Today, I am working on a Mystery Quilt. I have the iPad by the sewing machine and have the step I am working on displayed. Sometimes, I watch lessons in bed, then work on what I learned the next day. I love the freedom of Craftsy to work on lessons whenever and wherever I choose.

A week or two ago, they had a special on quilting with your walking foot. It is good, but pretty much what I already do except that I dont put lines on with painters tape. For $14.95 if you haven't done it before, would be helpful class.

Like many who have already posted here, I have taken a few FMQ classes and love that you can watch them over and over, pause... come back, etc. and the content has been very helpful and the instructors knowledgeable. I have purchased most of them when they have been on sale but think they are well worth the money.

I have purchased too many classes on Craftsy. I have watched several of them and loved doing it. My Aunt who is 91 is taking a couple of classes on there also.

The platform is great and it's wonderful that you can watch when you want, as many times as you want. You can even ask questions. How great is that?

I even bought a photography class when it was on sale, but haven't taken the time to watch it yet.

Be sure to check out and print out the resources for the class. I don't know who came up with the idea for this type of online class, but whoever it is, deserves way more credit than he or she is getting. Living in Northern Wisconsin, this fills a void for taking classes, and branching out with your quilting.

I've signed up with 23 Craftsy classes. Most were awesome, and some weren't as expected. The one that I learned the most from was Design It, Quilt It by Cindy Needham.

I love the Craftsy format. I frequently rewatch them.

I took one class, which was okay, but not really any better than many free classes on U-tube. If I saw something I really wanted to take I would spend the money but look at U-tube first to see what's on there on the same subject. Like to save the money for batting and fabric.

Default Craftsy is wonderful!

I have taken many Craftsy classes and I love them all! Have learned a lot. Since I am a new quilter it is very helpful to sit at home and watch these classes. My favorite quilt shop closed their doors and none of my friends do any sewing so I had no one but myself to learn from until I found Craftsy.
