    Default Easy Peasy Placemats

Got another project checked off the list last night. Got the placemats for my kitchen done.

They're just simple 12" x 18" rectangles with some embroidery in the corner. I really wanted to actually quilt them, but the embroidery kinda gets in the way.

Now I can start a new project. Lol

Cute! The embroidery really sets them off.

They are very nice. Love the embroidery in the corner.
What did you use between the two layers? A fusible fleece would keep the fabric stable.

That's exactly what I used. Just one layer of fusible fleece. Seems to be OK for now. I can always go back and add some quilting if need be later
