Default Psychonurse came to see if I was sane.

We had a wonderful time at Smith Lake camping and had a nice visit from psychonures(Juanita) and her husband. We grilled hamburgers and I let Juanita play with the Ruby New Home Hand crank. She is a e- machine girl but she really enjoyed the playing with Ruby. She was impressed with the stitiching of the machine. You can see her in the pic playing, my wife in the back with the knee of Wayne(hubby of Juanita) I think they were talking about the weather while we were playing with the machine. They invited us for a Sunday dinner at their beautiful house on the lake. We had a wonderful time and Juanita is a wonderful cook. Just goes to show you that QB members are the best.

How was the fishing?

Ruby looks like a fun machine. I've never been around a hand crank before and would love to try it sometime. Sounds
like it was a great trip.

I have some fond memories of Smith Lake from the 70's. Bet it's totally different now! It was so perfect then for water skiing, the wind couldn't bend around all those hills and it stayed smooth as glass.

Turning green with envy here in MN! My Grandma's name was Ruby so I have a soft spot for them and that is a lovely machine.

Oh, tears in my eyes for missing this.....Let's try again soon. We won't combine it with a family reunion in Louisiana that turned into a trip to the beach for the GKs this time--it'll just be us and y'all, and I'll bring my FW that I bought in Cullman recently.

Fishing was not so good, but we had a wonderful time. We will do this again.

For your info the Ruby was not originally a HC. It did have a motor boss a little lower on the post than Singer and not the same. I had to align the singer reproduction HC, then drill a hole to attach the HC with a nut and bolt. It really works great and very smooth.

I had a psychologist nurse came to. See me thinks I'm mad having so any old machines I have 5 with 4 computerised machines .
Her suggestion to help me become normal was to get rid of some as you an only need one or may be two.
Help I wish she was a good cook and made dinner.
