Default Oh my! Sewing Cabinet to Bar!

http://columbus.craigslist.org/fuo/4773070467.html

Hard to wrap my head around this re-purpose. Just how does someone come up with things? I must lack in imagination. (Or simply want a sewing cabinet to stay a sewing cabinet...)

Certainly an interesting twist! Not sure it would be my go to project. Then again I am pretty much a purist.

Looking at that shade of green or blue makes me want to have a drink.

They have turned that poor sewing cabinet into the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Poor cabinet. It is a billious color.

Yup, that green is awful. Reminds me of some of the projects on Flea Market Flip. Some of the projects the guests come up with are just crazy....

I've seen a few that were rather nice looking, but this one is not. . .

I've seen regular electric sewing cabinets made into beverage servers - they put a tub where the machine would fold down.

That is just a tragedy. Wonder where the drawers went. I have to agree about a cabinet should house a machine unless it happens to be in really, really bad shape.

My friends found a treadle frame and made a table for me. The wood was already gone and they did a great job using the frame. It now is a TV table in my sewing room.
