LOVE it - do you know what the background fabric is? I have been looking for fabrics with text/writing on them and most I have found have more of a tan background.

That looks like a four patch, with the little square added on top. Is it appliqued on?

As to the background fabric, print on the salvage shows it designed and produced exclusively for Joann fabric and craft stores ™ I know what you mean, this fabric was a real find. Matter of fact need to get some more.
