Thank you for doing that, Cathy. I didn't realize we have 23 done already.
Your quilt is great. Love the orange stars with yellow centers.

I finished mine today and will get a picture when DD is here this weekend.
Judy thanks for leading this mystery.. Your instructions are easy to follow and the quilts have turned out beautiful. I'm looking forward for #9.

Cathy: Thank you so much for doing the gallery! I follow this thread everytime there is a post yet I'm sure I missed some of them. What an inspiration they all are and now when I try to remember all the great ideas I only have to go to the album for a reminder. I love the purple border on yours, and making the internal sashing scrappy and the external controlled was an inspiration.

Wow! Thanks for creating the gallery so we can enjoy seeing all of these lovely quilts!
I'm constantly amazed at the completely different looks from the same pattern.
Still working on mine. Have started doing the sashing but it's going a bit slowly since I'm trying to do stars on both front and back of the QAYG and sometimes forget to reverse the angle on the back so it lines up with the front.

ok, question because I'm not getting it correct - what length did you cut the second border to finish the stars? I thought I had it figured out, but didn't come out right.
