A sewing machine! It belonged to my friend's grandmother. She told me she was going to consign it so I offered to buy it and she wouldn't take any money. Is this a 15 clone?

Wow, very cool! I would say it is a 15 look alike badged for Macy's! I assume that says Precision Deluxe behind the cord....a Japanese made sewing machine. Hmmmmm, maybe I should go to more Super Bowl parties, lol! But with 11.5" of snow on the ground in last 24 hours, we stayed home! Congrats on your new baby.

We made it home about an hour before the snow. Here at the coast it's kind of iffy, we are expecting anywhere from 2-14 inches depending on which tv station you believe. Some think it will be mostly rain. We were up near Boston for the party and they are expecting about 14 inches.

I had to get into bed so I haven't attempted to try her out yet. I'm hoping there is a bobbin in it as I don't have any 15's. I'm also hoping I can figure out how to thread it. I don't have a manual.

Nice machine!

I'm still looking for a "Supre-Macy"

Sarabela,

Yes, that's a 15 clone and a nice one. If you don't mind I'd like to add your pic to my "Clones from A to Z" picture collection.

Nice!! It's a nice looking machine, and it's always neat when you know a little of the machine's history.
