    Default Pouch with a zip.

Found this great little tutorial for making a pouch / pencil case and adding a zip.
My little granddaughter and I made this in less than an hour this afternoon - and I haven't put in a zip for years. She was thrilled with it and will take into school next week !!

Thanks for sharing, I've made pouches before but my mind didn't think out of the box and make all the variations possible like she did. I'm going to make some today!

I've been wanting to make a couple of those. She makes it look easy. Thanks. I'll try her method.

What I like about this tutorial is that you can use it to larger or smaller size pouches. It only took her 20 minutes, to complete one. You could create several in production mode in no time!

If you made those in a larger size, with or without batting, they could be fabulous shoe bags for traveling, particularly the ones that are sewed in opposite directions at the end!

Fantastic idea. This is what I like about this site, I'm not good at thinking outside the box, but other people are and it helps me to be varied in what I do.
