2nd quilt is done and things I learned
Well I got my second quilt done for my granddaughter .
Some of the things I learned was that there is a speed control on the foot pedal .
I,t a lot easier to quilt now that it,s not running full blast. lol
And I have learned to make sure there are no safety pins laying on the batting before I start quilting it together got , Got half done and felt the pin.
Like i say live and learn .
Now to decide what to do on my next one.

Well done! I got all done and felt a straight pin once. Luckily I pushed the pin part up through the sandwich and holding the pin with my pliers, pulled the end off inside the quilt. I just left the plastic bit inside the sandwich. A safety pin is a bit harder and I hope you didn't have to rip out any stitching. You can maneuver it to a seam, remove a few stitches and hand sew the spot closed.
