Default Two Quilts, Same Pattern--but VERY Different Fabrics!

This is my favorite quilt pattern, Whispered Lace by Amy Ellis, in her book "Modern Neutrals". I love the neutrals, but decided to try it in some gorgeous bright SeaGlass fabric from Frond Studios. This fabric has lots of colors in a watercolor-like design, and I really like how different this quilt looks in the bright fabric too. My long arm quilter did a fantastic job on both of them!

Oh my, they are both gorgeous. Your right, the fabric choices make them look like totally different quilts!

Wow. The first one seems to say, OK I'm here". The second one seems to say, "I AM HERE".
The first one to me is elegant and the second is fun. Can't make up my mind which I love better. The quilting is super. Thanks for sharing. I am going to look for that pattern. You did a super job. BrendaK

Love them both, the colorful one really pops with the white fabric framing it.

Wow. I'm totally in love with that pattern. I just bought the e-book from barnes & noble! I'm pretty sure this MUST be something I make!
