Default Cool Whip cookies

Has anyone tried them? I made them last night with orange cake mix so yummy.
recipe:
2 cups of Cool Whip
1 box, any flavor of cake mix
1 egg beaten. mix all together. I used a mixer, drop in powdered sugar. they are kind of sticky,
put on a baking sheet in a 350* oven for 10-12 minutes. super yommo.

I got chocolate for tonight. may add chips to it too.
let me know how they came out.

I think she meant to drop the cookie batter into powdered sugar and roll them around to cover.

yes about 1/2 cup, just enough to roll them in coz they are STICKY. you can then roll them in the sugar. I'm making chocolate ones for dh tonight. i'll put some cho chips in them too. have fun with all the flavors that are out there.

Sounds yummy. A warning for those who are using a butter substitute called Earth Balance. Don't use it when making cookies or they will come out crumbly. I could only watch from the sidelines since I don't cook.

I'm going to try these. My DH has an office party to go to on Tues. and these sound quick and easy.
Do you roll in the powdered sugar before AND after making?
