Of the three men in my family, only one MIGHT notice and he wouldn't think ill. That is a beautifully coordinated piece of work. Congratulations.

Beautiful quilt. Quilts are usually used inside where very few people see them. Most guys don't care if there are flowers or not.

Your quilt is beautiful. I'm not sure I would ever have noticed the flowers until you pointed them out. They are very subtle. I wouldn't let them concern you.

The flowers are barely noticeable... but the gray is a perfect fit.
