    Default Dresden plate block

Although these bright colours are not to every ones taste I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
The first one has 5 1/2" blades and with the borders works out to 19" finished, the Somerset patchwork is the second one I have done, I am not sure if the pink outer border is to wide, your opinions will be greatly appreciated.

I like the width of the border - not too narrow for my taste! Beautiful!

Width of boarder is fine. I would suggest making the red into a 1" first boarder and adding a one of your other fabrics for the second boarder. Just a thought.

Those are beautiful! Not too bright at all! And I agree the pink border is fine.
