    Default Cowboy's quilt

13 years ago I placed a puppy with 2 guys in Washington DC. One guy was originally from Oklahoma and I'm sure gave the pup it's name, Cowboy. It was always very apparent that they loved basenjis, in fact got another one from another breeder.
I made them a quilt out of a cowboy print and I don't know if I ever told them "the quilt is for you", or "the quilt is for Cowboy." A few days ago they sent me a photo of Cowboy, and the quilt now. Not only is it loved, it must taste good too! I don't give quilts with rules, if they wanted the dog to enjoy it, I'm happy. I'm surprised the quilt has lasted this long.
I have met some very interesting people that want to live with basenjis. One of the guys was an architect who worked on the remodeling of the Pentagon after 9-11.

Nice quilt. Love the way your zig zag colors gradient from dark to light and mix with the cowboy print.

What a cutie pie. He looks very comfortable. I made my Westie their own quilt with LQS quality fabrics.

Sure can tell cowboy has loved the quilt all those years. Do you think the pictures sent to you was a hint for a new quilt? LOL

Cute dog who obviously loves his quilt! I'd say the quilt is well loved and appreciated ~ what more could we ask?
