Default From This Moment On

Over ten years ago DH and I bought our home and met a wonderful family who lived next door. Summer days could find some of their daughters playing in our back yard with our daughters. One of their daughters grew up next door and into such a Godly young woman, who I'm blessed to know. When I had my surgeries, she reached out to me so often to offer support, prayers and concern. She invited us to our current church when we were without a church and feeling lost and disillusioned. So, when she announced her engagement I searched out and bought this pattern. It's larger than a traditional lap quilt, so it's the perfect size for a couple to cuddle under while watching a movie or reading His Word. When I make a quilt for someone, I spend that time praying for the intended recipient. I made this for the bride-to-be's bridal shower with many, many prayers for her happy marriage. Thanks for looking!

How lucky you were to move into that home with such wonderful neighbors who helped you when you were lost. And they're lucky to know someone like you. Lovely quilt and touching story. Many happy years to the couple!

Beautiful quilt, beautiful story

It's larger than a traditional lap quilt, so it's the perfect size for a couple to cuddle under
I've been thinking about doing something like this (another theme, not marriage) for an old couple of friends. Please, could you tell me the exact size?
