Ladies, don't forget to contact your partners. This is a busy month, what with graduations, etc., but let's communicate with our partners so we get the addresses we need, plus learn a little about one another. That's part of the fun!

No rush Jan, leaving tomorrow and will be out of town for the week. I started yours last week then DH decided it was time to have the carpets steam cleaned over the weekend. Now I am trying to get my sewing room back to normal before we leave. I do plan to work on your mug rug at the lake this week.

Cheesehead, my sewing room looks like a tornado hit it. Finished all the sewing and quilting for swaps and there is bits and pieces laying all over. Cleaning is on the agenda today. The "messy" drives me nuts. I have 2 quilts that are partially put together that need finished and lots of long-arming to do. Need to do a little upkeep on my machine and get the lint bunnies sucked up, change needles for the next go around, etc. Hopefully will get the cleaning part done today.
Glad you mentioned the carpet cleaning....next month when we go to Florida would be a good time to have mine done also.

Hello everyone, I made contact with tesspug....
I'm in Alaska presently visiting son and family. Course, you know what that means.. Quilt shop hopping. Went to my first shop yesterday and it was their anniversary so 20% off your purchase, The Quilters Cache in Eagle River, AK. Cute little shop.
Tomorrow I take DGD's for their haircuts, then we will check on another one of my favorite Anchorage quilt shops, which I have several there. Love Alaskian fabrics.
Well.....glad to see everyone is got there swappers.
