Default Not one, but two!

My middle daughter has been longing for grandchildren. Oh, happy day, her daughter is expecting a little boy in September. The family is so excited!
Then, on Mother's Day her other daughter told us that she is expecting in December! This one is a girl. Two grandchildren (and great-grandchildren) within 12 weeks!
With help from me my daughter has happily made a crib quilt for each baby. Both of us are busily making other things for the babies.
You would think I wouldn't be so excited about these babies, since they will be my third and fourth great-grandchildren; but since I was an only child I am so thankful and happy about each new famly member.

ecember!

grandchildern and great grand kids are the best, I tell everyone if I could have skipped the kids and went straight to the grandkids I would have been all in. I love spending time with them, I don't spoil them too much. One thing I know, if you spoil them too much it'll eventually come back at you. I have 16 grandkids and 7 great grandkids

Congrats on the family additions. Have fun making all the items that babies require.

It is so great that you are so excited. When I had my babies, my mother and mother-in-law did nothing for us. Of course, mom came to visit to be there, but no fuss. When my grandbabies are born (if ever), I won't know how to act!

I just love grand kids. My husband and I have 15 grand kids (8 boys and 7 girls) and three great grandsons. We really enjoy all our family.
