Default Red white and black quilt ideas

I need to make two Red, whit and black quilts for my great granddaughter. I would like some ideas if anyone has the time to reply. THanks for any help you can give me. Jazzelise

OMG the first thing is how much time do you have to make them? You could make a string quilt, a bargello, a disappearing 9 patch would probably be the easiest to do. Wish you luck with whatever you choose to make.

I did Jacob's Ladder in these colors. It was very. Nice.

Disappearing 9 Patch is easy. I made another of these and used lime green instead.

I love the D9P in the above picture of red/white/black. The one feature I have never been able to figure out is how do you layout the squares so that you always get the small 2 red squares in the center, and opposite corners? My D9P always ends up helter-skelter. Thanks for any help.

I took this at a show some years ago back home. I do not know the pattern name. (sorry) But, it does look pretty easy.

Put the red in the center of the 9 patch.

I did a Turning 20 for my friend, in mostly reds, whites and backs, with a little grey thrown in. She had collected fat quarters and didn't know what to do with them. I put a border of black with red leaves (a batic I think) and bound in black. The quilt was for a day bed and we made pillow shams from the feature fabric with the same border, and a bed skirt from that fabric as well. ]It was stunning! [ATTACH=CONFIG]573603[/ATTACH
