Default Row by Row

My hubby and I are driving to CO at end of June. To Pikes Peak for the Hillclimb. Our son will be running in it!! I am starting my map of quilt stores to stop and and get the Row. Any suggestions for that area? We are coming from Idaho. Super excited! Farthest one I have gotten in the past is from McCall. 1.5 hours away! Thanks

I have never been to Colorado, so don't know the distances, but recently saw a posting where a row was designed for a shop called Fringe in Salida, Colorado. (I see they have a website so you could check how far it would be for you) I loved the design as the centre block is a bicycle with a Featherweight on the back rack.

One of my great nieces was just proposed to on Pikes Peak, beautiful pictures of that area. Good luck to your son!

Lucky You! If you've already checked, sorry for being redundent...but if not look at the map on the RxR web site. you can find information on all of the particpating stores by the areas you pass through. Have fun!

Don't forget to check out Quilting Hub also. You will get shops that aren't participating in row by row but are worth stopping by.

Also check the state list: http://www.rowbyrowexperience.com/start-here.htm
There are a couple stores on the state list that I know are participating, but are not on the map.

Update: The map for showing on the row by row website is for last year's 2016 run. They have not updated for this year as yet.

You can also go onto facebook and check out the patterns offered. Just enter state and row by row experience. (Texas row by row experience, Utah row by row ex........, etc) They are just beginning to update everything for the 2017 run, so be patient.

If you'll be coming by way of Northern Utah, there are 3. Suppose in Preston, ID; Stylish Fabrics Bernina in Logan, UT and My Girlfriend's Quilt Shoppe also in Logan, UT. Today's the day for participating shops to send a picture of their rows to their area Facebook rep. So, in the next week or two, you should be able to see them all.

Hello from Colorado Springs!

I think Ruth's Stitchery is participating. They have before. Here's the website so you could email them to check. It's my LQS!

Ruth's Stitchery

Enjoy your time in the Pikes Peak region! Good luck to your son!

My favorites are Holly's Quilt Cabin in Centennial, High Prairie Quilts in Parker, B-Right-On in Brighton (their fabric is $9/yd all the time). Also, The Quilt Store in Bloomfield, Laughing Ladies in Berthoud, Lyons in Estes Park, maybe Busy Bea in Grand Junction (I haven't been there - yet)! All depending on your route. I know moving here to Denver area we side tracked to lots of quilt shops in the Quilters' Travel Companion. My husband was thrilled!
