What is this?
Does anyone know what this is? It's most likely not quilting related, I don't think.

It looks like one of those gizmos you invert and shove into a downspout to catch debris. What are the dimensions?

It's completely open so it wouldn't catch anything. It's about 2.5" in diameter.
