I have a Bernina 140 Patchwork Edition and love it. I would love to find another one just like it but all I see is the Activa 140. What is the difference? Is there another model that is basically the same as I have?

They are the same on the inside. When a Bernina says, "Patchwork," that is referring to the presser feet that come with it and it may have stitches that are more for quilting. There's a "Patchwork" edition in each series. Looking on Google Images, I can see that the 140 came both ways.
