That is gorgeous. I'm curious how it came about. Do you collect handmade boxes or Ukrainian things?

I don't know if you'd say I collect boxes, but have always loved a cool box. His wedding gift to me was a carved stone box, that has a victorian wedding scene carved into the top. A different anniversary he got me an intriquitly carved box w/ a secret way to open it. And I found one at a garage sale that is carved w/ apothecary type drawers (5 drawers) it reminds me of Spanish mideavil w/ chunky carving and metal work.
