Default Missouri star quilt co weekend

myself and 4 of my friends went to the Missouri Star Quilt co birthday bash Friday and Saturday, what a wonderful time going through all of the shops and playing games, I came home with as much free fabric as I did bought fabric and then they started bringing out truck loads of batting rolls, king and queen batting for $2.00 a roll, us gals with a total of 44 bags of batting all of our luggage and purchaces in a mini van..lol we had a blast

Looks like you had a blast, and got to rub elbows with some great quilters (besides yourselves, of course!) Happy day!

I have not been to MO but Jenny was at a quilt shop near me and I went to see her presentation. She is so warm and friendly and is always willing to let you take a photo with her .... obviously! She and her husband were hungry after the morning presentation but still stuck around for all the photos and then rushed off to eat so they could do it all over again in the afternoon. Because of their warmth and personalities, it makes me want to move to MO!
