Default cell phone pouch

I am forever laying my cell phone down and can't find it when I need it. I have looked for days on Pinterest for a cell phone pouch pattern that I could make that would hook onto the waist of jeans or slacks without having to attach to a belt loop Does anyone have a pattern they really like; and if so do you care to share a picture and where the pattern could be purchased?

I made a bag for my phone and put 2 buttonhole which I slipped my belt through. Problem is that I didn't make it "hefty" enough and it "flaps" on me. Maybe your phone isn't as big and heavy as my Samsung. I can post a photo if you think it would help you.

I made some from can cozies and put on a strap to wear around the neck. I adjusted the side seams to fit the phone better

Take a look at pocketplus.com. The item is available in several sizes and has a strong magnet on a loop that it can be "attached" over handlebars, pants without loops, etc. Neat idea! I wonder if somewhere like Harbor Freight might have magnets of the strength and size in these.

Nativetexan, My phone is also very small and probably old, but I only purchased it two years ago. Having a place for business cards is a good idea, then I would not have to enter all those numbers into my phone!

Pudge, I don't wear belts, but would love to see a picture of your phone bag! Maybe it would give me an idea how to make one.

Theresaf, hmmm, had not thought about wearing it around my neck. Thank you for another option.

Illinois, I am headed to the site you mentioned. LOL as I just had an image of strong magnets attaching me to something when I went out about town. But seriously, I will check out that site. Thank you.
