Default Beginning of first hand quilting project

This little 36" sq project has been in several stages of reincarnation over many years and now, thanks to a snow storm and no electricity, some handwork to occupy my down time was just the ticket.

It has been on the QB before in different stages of completion. Here is the back story.

1998 scrappy pinwheel

My DH gave me a PVC pipe frame several years ago and I finally got it out of the closet, assembled it and put it to use. I think it will be great for small projects in the future.

Wish me luck in my first attempt at this dance.

It will be nice to have a hand work project to work on a little at a time when a few minutes are available to me.

peace

I do hand quilting a lot when I am watching hockey games on television. It keeps me calm when the game is close.

Lovely! I love my QSnap floor frame for quilting, thread basting and tieing quilts.

Lovely work! Quilter's are like the mailman....thru sleet and snow, rain or shine.....nothing keeps us from our craft!
