Default Finished my rest and refreshing civil war sampler

I finally finished my rest and refreshing civil war sampler quilt. I know, I'm a slowpoke. I did not use a kit, but used my stash and cut all the pieces with my accuquilt cutting machine. The accurate cutting, with the pretrimmed dog ears helped me move along. It's my short attention span that causes me to lay it aside and work on another (Box of Strings) quilt. Reading this board also causes me to chase down any sparkling beauties that you ladies dream up. Thanks for all ya'lls great ideas!

Lovely quilt! I have been sidetracked with my Boxes of Strings as well. Only about 25 more squares to go and my top will be ready for borders.

Oh, this looks really wonderful! Great job! The scrappy red inner border is a nice touch. The thread is still available in the 'Challenges & Contests' forum. Why not add your pictures there?
