A wood-turning friend made this for me. I'm excited! It might be a hint to make his quilt. Its on my list, after this purple beast I'm working on now.

Oooooh - nice! I recently re-discovered my manual iron and used it all weekend. So much easier than all the up-and-down to the ironing board.

Very kind of him to make the iron for you. What a nice wood he used.

I've never seen a tool like this. Is it made to "iron" the seams as you go?

It is really beautiful! He is talented! It looks like it will give you years of wonderful service and will lower the electric bill!

I have a hard plastic one, like my Hera marker i use to put "lines" on my fabric to quilt. I love the wooden one!
