Default Blue Ribbon mini quilt

I thought you may be interested in trying this technique which got me first at the Heath, MA fair this year. I drew my picture, then traced it onto white fabric, ironed the fabric onto freezer paper and then colored it with Crayola crayons After it was colored, I put a paper towel over the picture and pressed well to set the colors. Next, I did embroidery. I drew all free hand so I could have it just how I wanted it. I had so much fun and will be doing "Frosty Babies" soon!
