Default unknown cabinet

I got hold of this unknown cabinet. No head. Cable lift for the bed. but the most interesting part to me was that the irons attach under the drawers Hate that someone painted it.. oh well. Any idea who made it? it.

Was it for a particular machine?

I'd guess it is a White. I know they had some short irons.

It's not that uncommon. I saw one time where someone was selling a set of short irons and trying to say it was for a child's treadle.

Which way does the machine drop?

I'd guess White - Does it have anything in the front for the machine to attach to - to hold it in? All machines that mount this way will have some method to secure the front, and on some it's in a different location.

Are you serious about finding out what machine it may have had? I've found that there are some differences in the pivot pins and since you still have them that would help.

I'm not really serious about it. I've had it for a year and this is the first time I touched it. If it weren't painted maybe.
I have Whites I could try ( anyone surprised?)

Go to facebook.com/marketplace in Philadelphia and check out some of their machines. I think I just saw one on there with that particular door. I never saw one before. All kinds are coming up there for some reason. My nightly ritual is to check them out.
