    Default Emma Collage next stage

Some ladies have asked to see a photo of Emma to compare it to the collage I've been working on. I hope I can figure out how to load them plus the current photo. Because Emma doesn't shed, her fur continues to grow until she is given a spa day for a trim, nails etc. LOL! So one picture she has shorter fur and the other picture it's longer and wavier as the cold weather settles in. I have struggled with this collage as I had to make my own pattern and artistic I'm not! I'm ready now to free motion the background fabric and get ready for binding! I would greatly appreciate your feedback as to what I could do/add etc. to improve the finished collage. As you know, our dogs are like our children.
Thank you so much for your support now and in the past.

Emma is so adorable and I think your collage is perfect even down to the eyelashes. Thank you for sharing your beautiful work.

Thank you so much! Fur and fabric are quite different! One of the pictures I had showed almost a hump for her back quarters and the other one showed how wild her fur can become between seeing the groomer. So instead of just using one photo, I combined both for my outline and went from there. I'm sure she's tired of me staring at her face all day every day lately! LOL!

You are wrong to say you're not artistic!!! That's a wonderful collage you've assembled, and Emma is a very cute dog!

I think you are very artistic and captured Emma's likeness very well. I know what you mean about Emma's fur changing, since I have a standard poodle. His look changes all the time, depending on how recently he was groomed.
