Get them out of the garbage and let somebody else take them and make something beautiful!

Take a look at Stepping Stones by Fabric Cafe. You will have to supplement the pattern with the larger squares, but this works for the uglies.

i don't see them as ugly. You can mail them to me and I'll make strip quilts out of them.

I was thinking these little sqaures are not ugly at all and I would love to have them if the owner was willing to sell them for a resonable price. But then I saw the date of the original post and realize I am a bit late.

Hi Libits. I would gladly take all of those squares and pay you for shipping. Several friends and I use them for smaller quilts. Please let me know. Thank you.

I'm agreeing, so many said they would appreciate them. O.K. you said they were poor quality, you also said ugly and other's disagreed. Make someone's day and give them a new home. Just a thought.

I'm also in the running for the ugliest fabric ever. It was a red and white check with laughing ears of corn. I did use it as a backing. I love it.

I don't find them ugly at all. In fact I really like them. I would sew them together all mixted up in rows and mix in some accent blocks to make more contrast and call it a quilt.

I agree. They are actually really nice, so if you don't like them at all - donate them (as a scraps or as a simplistic charity quilt), use them as backing, but don't throw them out.
upd: totally missed that the quality of the fabric was bad, sorry!

I like the flowers. I'll take them! I would cut into 2.5" or 3.5" squares and use in my scrappy quilts.
