I got the 4 patches sliced, diced, and sewn up into blocks. Pressing is done. This beautiful stack of blocks awaits assembly when I return from vacation! And it looks like a great pattern for our charity bee as well. Thanks again

Lovely quilt, Sewbizgirl! Thanks for explaining how you made it too. I have a 30's layercake that I found at MSQC and couldn't resist buying. This pattern might be perfect for it!
