Sewbizgirl-I am not is this swap but I am browsing thru and saw this precious picture of your babies. They are so adorable and you sure are lucky to have them in your life and apparently so close that you get to see them often. Thanks for sharing the picture as it really made me smile today.

Sewbiz I made it home ok, still sick but at least I’m in my own house.

Millie and Ivy are so darn cute, how exciting you can spend the holiday with them.

Queen Barbie, absolutely love the red and the layout you chose.

Thank you for your kind words, Jordan. I am happy to share them (a little...) . Ivy cut her first two lower teeth today! (Millie has had hers for about 2 months.)

Sewbiz, the babies are so adorable! You just want to squeeze them and love them to pieces!

Janice so glad that you are feeling better.

QueenBJ, your quilt is lovely. The red really sets off the blocks.

Thanks for the compliments. I thought adding a dark brown would be too much. I started quilting it with a meander when my belt decided to break. I should have a new belt by Wednesday. That gives me rest of this week and weekend to finish it before our late Thanksgiving and early Christmas celebration next Friday.

QB love that red w/ the blocks. An earth tone w/o being brown really sets it off. You are quick I had time to look at mine, but that's it. I have been working on a test block for a designer, it is fpp but made to look like Hawaiian applique, and a test wallet w/ fabric and tape I plan on making w/ the nephews. I can't show a pic of the test block but here is the wallet. I made it w/ beer fabric so the boys can gift it to their father, and make wallets for themselves.

It has all the traditional pockets, the big money pocket, two "hidden", 3 card holder, and one viewing id clear pocket.

Super cute wallet, Kass. Is that clear duct tape over fabric?

The fabric back has regular duct tape (black in this case) but the fabric front has clear tape, I was going to use packing tape, but found a thicker stickier clear "gorilla" tape, it said it didn't yellow so that is the tape over the fabric front. I did find "transparent" duct tape, but it has the fabric "strings" in it that aren't transparent so didn't use that, but it would form a cool textured pattern if used over a solid colored fabric.
