this is the going price. First..why do you think yours are shot? They could be dirty and stuck, your wires could have issues..I'd like to know more before I bought new ones. There are many tuts on youtube ..tin lizzie, but gammil has some good ones, too..the idea of cleaning and adjusting them is the same no matter the brand..brand only counts if you have to buy new ones.You can post your issues and I'll try to help you troubleshoot.

Yes this is a old tread.
I am new and looking and I am looking for a replacement for the Encooders. I have a Tin Lizzie 18 I pick up and it is missing the encoders and wiring. It have the "head" controler and the back of the machine has the old sytle mouse plug in.
Looking around, a replacement is pricey. So I am looking at options.
Looking at laser type so I don't have to build mounts...
