    Default Fairfield Nature-fil wool batting

I would like to buy a bolt of wool batting to use in my quilts. I have liked wool batting in the past but have not used this brand. Does anybody have experiences with it? I want to make sure that it will not pull through the quilt, and that it will hold up.

Additionally, the website for this product says to dry flat, anyone have experience with machine drying and what might happen?

I use Quilter’s Dream wool, and I love it. Machine wash, machine dry, soft and drapable. I wouldn’t use a batting I couldn’t wash since I do mostly baby, lap, and bed quilts.

I didn't use that, I used a Hobbs wool batting that said to dry flat. I didn't. The quilt is extra wrinkly but I don't mind. The wool felts in the dryer.
