Default Best Polyester Filling

I am about to make a Raggedy Ann doll as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Is there a REALLY good polyester filling .... or are they all about the same?

Thanks, quilters .... and stuffers

I prefer poly batting because it's lighter. I've bought it at JoAnn's, don't remember the mf, but what you look for is consistent evenness, no thin spots.

PolyFill is my go-to filling for toys. It's soft and can be shaped without leaving bulges. Its made by Fairfield and is available at the Big Box stores.

I've used quite a lot of Poly-Fil for stuffed animals, pillows, puff-quilts, etc... Has always worked well keeping a great shape and feeling soft. Amazon, Walmart, Joann all have it. I think I had a super discount coupon when I bought the last huge box from Joann.
