I have been asked to show a larger picture of my avatar. The name of the pattern is 'Glorious and Free'. It came out in 2017 for our Sesquicentennial and very quickly became a Quilts of Valour favourite. Here's a link to the pattern. https://quilteronfire.com/product/gl...ginal-pattern/

I made one top for our local group and really wanted one for myself. But....I did not like that the maple leaf was 'unfinished'. I decided to reverse engineer the left side of the pattern and make it my own. I love the Canadian-ness (I know it's not a real word but it does express my feelings) of this quilt.
