    Default Holiday Fabric Quilt

I actually finished this quilt in November, but just getting around to posting a picture now. I used Christmas colored fabrics; some had holly prints and most had a touch of metallic gold as well. I had been collecting them over time and decided to put them to use. The pattern is called Gypsy Girl by Heather Mulder Peterson. It's good sized at 69 x 83. Backed it with flannel and quilted on my Janome 8900 QCP. Couldn't get a great picture as is was kind of big for my helpers to hold up -HaHa. Thanks for looking.

Great quilt! Looks like it could be a pile of christmas presents! I bet the gold really pops in person.

That's a beautiful Christmas quilt. I have quite a bit of Christmas fabric and want to make a Christmas quilt for our church bazaar coming this next fall. Do you think a Christmas quilt would be a good selling item? I have done a quilt for each of our bazaars in the past and they always sell good but just don't know about a Christmas quilt..

I love your quilt!!! And I think it’s perfect with other holiday fabrics. Or maybe spring, summer or fall fabrics? Did you design the pattern or is it somewhere?
