Default Quilt of Valor made by the Boom Group

This is the quilt I just finished putting together for our local QOV. Method of quilting is the Quilt As You Go method. The individual blocks are made by Boom swappers, the Pumpkin group from last Oct/Nov. I just love these blocks and know a veteran is going to be honored with this quilt. Thanks to all who took part in making it!

Really like your QOV - great idea having each do a block of their choice and putting them all together.

The local QOV chairperson in my guild says that these special quilts are the civilian equivalent of a Purple Heart.
