    I made one a few years ago called Emily’s wedding quilt out of CW fabrics. It’s made with alternating 54-40 and shoo fly blocks. I loved the appearance of curves, but it’s all straight lines!

    The pineapple quilt... wow!

    When visiting the National Quilt Museum I was taken with how much they used flying geese back during the civil war era. I saw quilts that were basically vertical rows of geese, from top to bottom.
