    Default Pink Shell

I finished this beast after months of stitching 1.25" squares together. I used Michael Miller's Fairy Frost collection of fabrics. It ended up at 90" by 100". This is the third quilt to FMQ on the new sit-down longarm. Whew! I did get more confident as I went, and took frequent breaks. I used my twin needles to serpentine stitch on the narrow border. I swore that I would never make a quilt this big, but now I am re-swearing about not making any more king-sized projects! Enjoy my Pink Shell Quilt!

Wow, what a gorgeous quilt. I wouldn't have had the patience to work with all those tiny squares.
