The machine comes with all the hoop sizes, the embroidery module unit, and a hard case for the machine as well as a hard case to hold the hoops and embroidery unit. It also comes with floppy disks and a USB floppy transfer device to transfer files from the computer to the machine. But I could buy the floppy drive emulator for $100 and install it myself to make the machine use usb, there is a video on youtube that shows the step by step. I also have Wilcom Embroidery Studio and PE Design 11. I have already created some designs by watching tutorials and now I need the machine. This would be my first embroidery machine and I don't want to invest a lot of money in a first embroidery machine. I like the Brother 630 but it has a very limited hoop size even if I were to use the multi-position hoop. Could you tell me if this machine is worth it with everything included for $250? I would really appreciate your advice.

I don't know anything about this machine. But, I do know that Baby Lock is a really good brand. I have two Baby locks, one I've had for 4 years that is running as if it is brand new and I quilt a lot - a high speed straight stitch for quilting - Baby Lock Accomplish, and when I needed one that I could use for decorative stitches and button holes, and for apparel making, etc. I purchased a second smaller Baby Lock Joy about 6 months ago. Both are non-computerized as I prefer not to have all the touch screen and computer tech on my machines. If I need more/others I would stay with the Baby Lock Brand.
I know this doesn't help you much for the machine you are asking about, but I do believe the Baby Lock machines are worth their money.

If you goodgle the machine you will get an answer. Preowned on Etsy is $599 and a refurbished one sell for $799. I'd say as long as it runs, and you have done a test run with it, I'd say it's a steal.

I've seen it for $700 on eBay. What's the difference between the Brother UTL 2003d and the BL Ellageo ESG3? Someone is selling a Brother UTL 2003d for $225, it's more closer to my city, although I'm not interested in the Disney designs.

All the hoops, cases, etc. that come with the machine, the machine itself is free. If the machine sews and all the functions work I would buy it. $250 is not that much for any good embroidery machine that doesn't need repair.
I bought used Brother embroidery machine and glad I did buy used. I discovered I didn't like doing machine embroidery enough to buy a high end machine.
