    does anyone recognize this pattern have a bunch of small pieces this might work

    CJSews ... Agree , that's what I would call Jacob's Ladder.

    Lots of times manufacturers will issue a classic pattern for free and call it something else, as a way to highlight a new fabric release.

    It looks like a Jacobs Ladder to me too but the color placement and fabric line makes it interesting. I have made several and they are easy, peasy but they do get boring after making 40 some blocks. This one is attractive to me because of the batiks used in the pattern. Of course any fabric would work. Dive in with your scraps but I could suggest a common background for all of the blocks. Have fun and we will look for your beautiful end result right here here!.

    I may have just found the graduation quilt for a nephew named Jacob. Thank you!
