    Default Horizontal panel ideas

Pinterest is loaded up with vertical panel ideas but not much for horizontal. I’d appreciate seeing what you’ve done with your horizontal panel. I have 2 panels waiting for inspiration. Thanks in advance.

It looks like a lot add top and bottom borders.

https://www.pinterest.com/kittymu/qu...zontal-panels/ There are some at the top and some more mixed in further down the page

Perhaps if you post a picture and/or the name of the panels, there may be some more ideas.

I've only done a couple of panel quilts but struggled with how to enhance the panel into a quilt. Looking at the pictures of horizontal panels makes me think maybe my problem was trying to work with vertical panels because some of those horizontal ones are gorgeous! Great questions, tranum!

There may be patterns and inspiration on the vendor's site for your panel. Even older panels still show up within the sites many times. Good luck!

Look at patterns on Villa Rosa, com. I was looking there yesterday and saw several patterns for panels, both vertical and horizontal. Patterns are only $2 ea and downloadable or come on a small laminated postcard.

I made a "window" out of a panel. Then the background was floral like a wallpaper.
