    Default Pro-Stitcher Tray Assembly "fluidity"

My wife comments that her Moxie with Pro-Sticher Lite doesn't move smoothly when she is manually quilting. Are there any improvements that can be made to improve the ease of movement? It is a brand new unit, but maybe something is not functioning properly also - things to check?

If you have automation, you may need to loosen the wires to manually move the machine more freely.
